Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 21, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how The Analytical Group (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit our website or contact us. We keep our data practices deliberately simple: we collect only what we need in order to respond to you and provide our services.

1. Information we collect

We collect the following information, all of which you provide voluntarily:

  • Contact details you submit — your name, email address, company name (optional), and phone number (optional) when you complete our contact form or contact us by email.
  • The content of your inquiry — whatever you write in the message field or send to us directly.
  • SMS consent records — if you check the SMS consent box, we record that you checked it, the date and time of the submission, the phone number you provided, and the exact consent wording shown to you at that moment. This record exists so we can demonstrate that consent was given.
  • Basic technical information — standard server and form-submission data such as the IP address associated with a submission, used for security and spam prevention.

We do not sell personal information. We do not collect payment information through this website, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

2. How we use your information

  • To respond to your inquiry and communicate with you about our services.
  • To send you SMS text messages about your inquiry and our services — only if you expressly opted in by checking the SMS consent box.
  • To provide, support, and improve the services you request from us.
  • To maintain records of consent, to prevent spam and abuse, and to comply with applicable legal obligations.

We do not use your information for automated decision-making, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.

3. SMS messaging and mobile information

SMS consent is collected through an unchecked checkbox on our contact form. Consent is entirely optional and is not a condition of purchase or of any service we provide. Message frequency may vary, and message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out of further messages, or reply HELP for assistance.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

4. Service providers

We use a small number of standard service providers to operate this website and communicate with you. These currently include our website hosting and form-handling provider (Netlify), our email provider, and our SMS messaging provider. These providers process information only as needed to deliver their service to us, and they are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

We may also disclose information where we are legally required to do so, or where necessary to protect our rights or the safety of others. Apart from those situations, we do not share your information — and, as stated above, mobile information and SMS opt-in data are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

5. Data retention and security

We retain contact-form submissions and SMS consent records for as long as needed to respond to you, to provide our services, and to evidence consent as required by messaging regulations. We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

6. Your choices

  • SMS: reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for assistance.
  • Email: ask us at any time to stop contacting you.
  • Access or deletion: email us to request a copy of the information we hold about you, or to ask us to correct or delete it.

7. Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not run third-party advertising trackers. Our host may set essential cookies or collect basic request logs required to serve the site securely.

8. Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes to how we handle your information will be reflected on this page.
